The house is located in Laureate Park, Lake Nona. This community is really safe and has a lot of green areas, perfect for exercising. 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from International Drive, very close to Boxi Park. The house is new, only one year old. It has a shared living room and kitchen as well as laundry room and grill. We have someone that comes to clean the common areas/bathrooms every two weeks.
