3 bed two bath ranch style house only 10 minutes from Kennesaw State University Campus, 5 minutes from Downtown Kennesaw and Acworth, 30 minutes from Smyrna (Truist Park, Home of the Atlanta Braves), 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta. Nice quiet neighborhood. One bedroom available with own bath guests might use as well. Full kitchen privileges with designated spots for food in frig and pantry (provide own groceries). Parking in driveway. Basic internet included…any upgrade you might need extra cost, can have TV in your room and access to the living room. Back patio with umbrella table and chairs. No smoking or drugs, no excessive drinking, no loud music or gaming, no late night noise, no overnight guests, daytime guests limited to two at a time, no heavy perfumes, incense, or air fresheners. Cleaner comes every three weeks but if you want to clean your own space that is okay.

I am a low-key, middle-aged, friendly but quiet woman with a large extended family. No one else lives on the property but I do have family and friends visit and stay frequently (all in my areas of the house). I work close by and sometimes from home (third bedroom is a home office). I will not ask anything from you that I won’t be doing or refraining from myself.
