Hello everyone, I currently need someone (preferably a female) to take over my lease, at the student apartment complex, Orion on Orpington. Due to personal reasons I will be leaving at the end of July and this unit is available ASAP.

The unit is 4x4, so there will be three other females living in the unit, and you would have your own private bedroom and bathroom. This unit is one of the renovated/upgraded platinum units at the complex and rent is $817 with all utilities included and parking. Now, unrenovated units are being listed at $830 and above so this is a great, affordable deal!

The lease term begins in August 2022, and ends in July of 2023, so this unit is perfect for young professionals or students that need a long-term rental option. You also do not have to be a student to live in this unit either and will have the choice to either sublease the unit or renew the lease as you see fit. I’ve lived at this property for an entire year, and it is easily one of the safest communities near the UCF (main campus).

It also isn’t required to have a security deposit to rent at this complex, and all you would need to have available is 1st months rent.

The roommates that live here, are super quiet. They also are very cleanly and prefer to keep to themselves most of the time but are also open to getting to know new people.
