Hi there! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the verge for this August (before August 14th to be exact!). It is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment and you get your own bedroom and bathroom, rent is $695 a month with all utilities included, except electricity but you get a $25 credit towards that each month and have to pay anything over that. If interested, you would be taking over MY LEASE so we would have to specify that to The Verge or else you would be put on the waiting list, so if interested in moving in soon please contact me!
