I’m looking for someone to help my current roomate break out of our lease by the end of March 2023. Our lease expires in October 2023 and it is preferred if candidates are open to renewing the lease for an additional 12 month term.

You’ll move into the extra bedroom in a modern 2B2B apartment! 1 medium sized bedroom available with own full bathroom across the hall. I’m 26 and I work full-time as a Dental Assistant in the Lehigh Valley. I am off on the weekends so I’m usually home if I’m not with family. My previous roommates would describe me as clean, competent, and easygoing. I have no kids but I do have a 5 month old kitten that stays in my room with me for the most part.
