The first bedroom is 13β3β x 10β7β, with a 5βx5β walk in closet and an attached restroom. The second bedroom is 11β4 x 13β0β, with a 5β x 5β walk in closet, a small second closet of shelves, and a private restroom. There is a separate room for the laundry area, which has an alcove for storage space.
Dog and cat friendly! Up to two pets are allowed. Pet rent is $35 per animal per month, and the non-refundable pet deposit has already been paid. Certain breeds of dogs are restricted, according to apartment management.
Rent is $1719 before utilities. This is a 10 month lease, from July 27th until the end of May.
Proof of income (2.5X monthly rent) and background checks are required. There is a $19 application fee.
New tenants would be replacing my name on an upcoming lease renewal. I was planning to re-sign for the next 10 months, but changed my mind because of a long commute to work!!! The leasing office staff are aware of my intention to find a replacement. Current βmarket valueβ for rent is $2775 which is what a new tenant would typically pay. Since this is a lease renewal, the payment is only $1719 per month. Additionally, since this is a lease renewal, my security deposit will be yours! This means that you are not required to provide a security deposit.
