Hello , I just purchased my home with my oldest son who is an adult now , we have 2 dogs 1 pug and a chihuahua, I do let them inside my house at times ONLY to stay fresh or when we have a storm but night time they stay out side … I do not allow my dogs wonder around my house. Just by out door . They are friendly by the way .. The bedroom is down stairs and it’s right next to the the restroom and entrance . You will have full access to the kitchen, living room back yard and you are more than welcome to bring your own refrigerator. We are non smokers and clean family. Also At the moment I’m only looking for ladies to rent the room .

I am a mother of 4 adults married but husband is away so I currently live with just my son ! I’m a full Spanish speaker my daughter is the one helping me with this application but do understand English okay . And can speak some of it too I’ve rented before the room and it’s now available for any ladies interested!
