Hey all,
Looking for 1 person (male) to sign into a renewing lease for a 2 bed 2 bath @$3490 (split half) located in Irvine River View Apts, San Jose. Similar apartments in the same building going for $4k+ right now (I got lower price because of the renewal). Lease would start in the last week of Aug. The building has great amenities: 24 hour gym, secure package centre, parking included, a bunch of restaurants and a Starbucks in walking distance, as well as a VTA tramline station for easy transit to various places. It’s also next to the Guadalupe trail.
About the roomies
