Features: A shared kitchenette with sink, but no gas cooktop. Separate cabinetry for storage & private electric cooktop included. Microwave also included (shared). The kitchenette is not suitable for someone that likes to cook every day. It is mainly for heating food and for occasional βlightβ cooking ONLY. + Spacious closet with mirrored sliding doors + Ceiling fan + 1 parking spot + All utilities are included in the rent. Great central location with easy access to I-10, 210, and 57 freeways. Close to several parks, the metro station, downtown Covina with shopping, entertainment and restaurants, fast food places, Starbucks, supermarkets, laundromats and a lot more. This suite is for ONE PERSON ONLY and NO OVERNIGHT VISITORS allowed. This space is most suitable for a working professional with a full-time job that works outside of home. The space is not equipped with WiFi or Internet (not suitable for a student or anyone working from home). Must have good credit & low monthly bills.
About the roomies
Property Owner / Manager lives on property in main house (General Contractor, Property Management & Real Estate background).
Looking for a SINGLE person only (MALE). A responsible individual who makes cleanliness a priority. Must be organized and obey the property rules. The kitchenette of the apartment will be shared with 2 other people (males). A male in his late 70s occupies the other room (his son is his caregiver). Keeping a quiet environment is important. NO loud music, NO smoking, NO drugs (including marijuana), NO laundry on premises (must use an offsite laundry facility - several laundromats nearby), NO car wash allowed on property, NO pets, NO day / overnight guest stays, NO late payment. NO open flame camping devices allowed, NO grill, No drama, NO parties.
Asking for a minimum (6) month commitment. Background check required. A $50.00 non refundable fee will be required with the application for the background check.
