All utilities & wifi included. Plenty of parking available in driveway and off street as I’m on a dead end in the subdivision. Kitchen & living room are both fully furnished as well and the bathroom is only shared with one other tenant/guest. Partially refundable $600 deposit due to hold the room. First months rent due at or before move in.
