Rent will be $700/month plus one third of the monthly water fee ($24/person), one third of the electric bill (we use Pepco, ranges from $24 - $35/person depending on the season), one third of WiFi ($28.33/person).

Applicants must: · be willing to sign a 12 month lease beginning August 31st · be employed with stable income · preference for good or excellent credit

Applicants will be required to pay: · Deposit based on credit check · $35 online application fee · $150 towards lease amendment fee

Will begin by scheduling a zoom interview with virtual tour, after which prospective tenant can come and view the place in person. Video of bedroom available upon request.

Both of my roommates are moving out, and I will be staying. We are looking for someone to fill this bedroom and the master bedroom.

You would be sharing the bathroom with only myself, since the master bedroom includes a private bath.

Since both roommates will be moving out, kitchen utilities will be sparse, and pretty soon the living room will be cleared out too. (Kitchen has oven, microwave, dishwasher, & refrigerator.) If you have any furniture, kitchen accessories, etc, that you’re interested in bringing, feel free. Just wanted to make it clear that these shared spaces will not be furnished the way they look in the pictures now, but that gives prospective roommates and myself the opportunity to make the place more of our own!
