•Your bathroom is downstairs , two feet down the hall from your bedroom. My room & bath are upstairs, so you’ll have plenty of privacy. (Existing housemate uses the other bathroom down the hall in the Library)

•Utilities & Internet included

•Access to kitchen, washer/dryer, large furnished deck, yard with trees, library/reading/study room, workshop/craftroom, and roomscale Virtual Reality and exercise area

•12-month least preferred. If you required a shorter-term lease we can discuss a modified price.

12-month: $700/month || 9-month: $775/month || 6-month: $850/month
