Hidden Valley Drive

Hello, I live in Lakes of four seasons on the lake. I am looking to rent out my basement month to month. I have a private room that’s being used as an office, there is a living room and a bathroom that we do not use. I live with my two children 2,5. No pets, I don’t mind potty trained dogs. You can utilize the lake and we have a subdivision pool but they charge anyone not on the account.Theres a dog park in the neighborhood that you can use for a fee.

I am a 34yr old professional that lives with my two kids 2 and 5. Gracie will be in kindergarten in starting in Aug and Emma will go to the sitter M-F mornings while I am at work. I don’t party. Smoking outside is ok. I am decently clean and hire a house cleaner occationally.
