Good size room with a built in close and private bath. The apartment is located across the street from Walmart, Rehoboth Beach. Great location, close to everything in town. Community pool open till late September. Rent is $850 + 650 security deposit. All utilities included.

My lease ends December 14th, I won’t be renewing it as I’ll be moving in with my boyfriend , you can either renew the lease and find a roommate or move out.

I’m a 28 year old female very clean responsable and respectful to others. Have a boyfriend that will be staying with me for a couple of days every other week.
