Twin Lake Loop

• Beautiful and comfortable furnished room in Dripping Springs zip code but closer to Bee Cave (12 min from Bee Cave galleria), sitting (distance wise) halfway between Dripping and Bee Cave. Full Queen bed with brand new organic Saatva mattress, 2 nightstands, desk (optional) and large closet (no dresser), exercise machine will be removed - includes wifi and all utilities, use of household tv if desired, Netflix, Hulu, all included, (mostly) private bathroom-NOT an en suite. double vanity, my 2 year old brushes her teeth and washes her hands in one sink but bath/shower/ toilet and 1 sink will be for your use only. Parking, washer/dryer. House has 1/2 an acre and deck overlooking greenbelt. BBQ available for use, hammock in the trees to relax, garage was converted to game room which has air hockey table, skee ball and arcade games available for use, must be OK with animals.I have 3 dogs that can be rambunctious (barking) with strangers (it is quiet from 8pm to 8 am) We also have 3 mini pigs outside and deer in our yard every night and morning (we live in Deer Creek Ranch) so must be comfortable with animals. You will hear a rooster nearby and sometimes a cow and goats. No drinking, no smoking, BG check will be required.

Im a single mom, it’s just me and my 2 year old daughter who is very sweet and friendly. Very quiet household considering the toddler and animals.
