There is coin-operated laundry in the basement $1 each for washer and dryer. The bedroom is about 7’ x 12’ with a walk-in closet with built in shelves. The bedroom is completely unfurnished, but the living spaces have most furniture already. If you have some furniture for living spaces, that can be considered. There is easy, non-permit street parking all around, as well as the potential for a parking spot behind the residence for an extra fee.
