Hi! I have a room available in a great neighborhood! 500/mo. Untilities (including Fios internet) run about $100.

The room is on the smaller side but the closet is HUGE! It’s a modern, two story, townhouse style apartment located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near Carytown and the VMFA. Lots of closet space throughout the apartment. We have a fenced in back patio with space to garden. The property offers on-site maintenance who generally respond the same day for any issues. Plenty of free off-street parking! Multiple laundry facilities nearby (one is next door!) Neighbors are polite and quiet. It’s a shared bathroom (good size), but you’ll have your own vanity!

My roommate (female) of 6 years is moving out. A lot of the living set belonged to her, so there is plenty of space for any couches and bookshelves you might have.

That’s a queen size bed and 55’’ tv in the picture to give you an idea of the scale. Room comes unfurnished.

There is a security deposit but I can’t remember offhand how much it is. Though I can definitely find out. You will also need to be on the lease which requires a credit check, criminal background check, and renters insurance. This is a one year lease, minimum. No short-term leases.

I’m (male) a professional musician (woodwinds) and educator. I’m clean, polite, low key, and easygoing. Smoke and drug free with no pets. I rarely drink or have guests and am realizing that I am quite boring as I write this ha.

Important to note: I practice my instruments at home during the afternoon, and while I always aim to be considerate of those around me, the saxophone is not a quite instrument ha.

Would prefer no pets (love ‘em but I’m allergic). Sorry, no smokers, please. This includes weed. No couples.
