124 sqft room in a quiet house within walking distance from BIOLA. We can furnish the room if needed. We are tucked away in a secluded neighborhood with plenty of street parking. The house is kept clean and it is expected that tenants keep the shared spaces tidy. we have a mid-sized backyard patio with lots of privacy and a covered outdoor storage area. There is a washer and dryer in the house for everyone to use. Utilities such as internet, water, electricity, and gas are included in the rent. We don’t have cable but we do have access to other streaming services in the living room. We have two cats so you must be okay with living with cats. No smoking or drug use. No overnight guests.

My name is Anthony, I’m a 26 year old strength and conditioning coach. I usually spend my time working, training, or playing video games. I’m usually around but I mostly keep to myself. The other tenant is my mother Nancy. She’s 52 and spends most of her time working, going to the gym, going on walks, and spending time with the cats. We’re both clean and quiet people and we hope to find a roommate with those similarities.
