Spacious room available in a modern condo just 2 miles southeast of CSU.

The condo has both heating and A/C. All utilities are included in the cost of rent.

There is plenty of street parking available near the complex.

The place is fully furnished and a full size mattress is in the available room (however, if you have any furniture I’m sure we can find a place for it).

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

I am a mid-twenties male planning to attend CSU this Fall to study engineering. A few of my hobbies include playing video & board games, dancing, playing music, and drawing. I enjoy being social just as much as I value my alone time to recharge.

I am looking for a mature student or professional to share the condo with me. Respect for each other and house rules is highly important to me.
