Southwest Expressway

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my beautiful room and bathroom. The apartment is a 3bed/2bath in the Fruitdale Station Apartments. It is a 5 minute drive to downtown San Jose and located across the street from the VTA rail station. There are also bus stops located at a 5 minute walking distance. The apartment includes a washer and dryer in the unit. The apartment complex has a very large pool/hot tub, gym, game room, and areas to walk around. There are also multiple parks, hikes, and trails at a walking distance from the apartment. There is also plenty of parking around the complex.

There is currently one roommate living there, I’m looking to fill 2 rooms in the apartment. The roommate is a substitute for elementary school children and also works as a security guard.
