Looking for a roommate to fill the second bedroom in my 2 bedroom/1 bath duplex available August 1st! Neighborhood is safe, quiet and only a 10 min bike ride to CSU campus and 15min walk to downtown. Rent is $1606 split two ways before utilities. The house is furnished but the bedroom will not be furnished. The lease allows for 1 dog and 1 other (non exotic) animal with a pet damage deposit.
About the roomies
My name is Cameron 31/nb(f) I am studying neuroscience at CSU and work full time as a massage therapist. I have a friendly 13year old dog (Jude) who will sleep in your lap if you let him. I spend most of my time working, studying or loving on my fur baby. When I do have free time I am likely going to a concert, hula hooping in the backyard or traveling.
