Palm Court

This property is near the bottom of Horsetooth Reservoir, plenty of hiking activities to do, near Downtown Fort Collins, plenty of privacy, near CSU school, you would have your own room, shared bathroom, shared kitchen, and shared living room/dining room area. All utilities included in rent besides electric.

I am a kind, funny, and gentle person. I do not go to school, but I would be working full time and I have family nearby, so I would invite them over or be with them a lot. I enjoy watching shows and movies, listening to music, playing guitar, piano, and ukulele. I love animals, but do I know that the property requires them to be service animals, or ESA animals.
