I rented this enormous luxury apartment 3 years ago in Cranston, RI to take care of my mother. When she went to hospice I rented her room to a very sweet lady. Now I am moving out of state so she needs a roommate, preferably a female 35+. It will be a 1 year and 3 month lease. The house is furnished you would just need to furnish your bedroom and buy your own food. Everything else you need is already here.

It includes a huge bedroom with huge closet. Your own bathroom with shower and tub, tons of under the sink storage, and your own large linen closet. The common areas are the kitchen, living room and the sitting area pictured will be a dining area. The rent is $850/month. This includes heat. Electricity and wifi will be split each month. If you want cable you will have to pay for that. The building also has a pool, small fitness center and coin operated laundry a few doors down and on every level. The building also has an elevator. Security deposit will be $850. You will have to sign a 1 year and 3 month lease, show proof of income, and provide a past landlord reference. There is central air and heat. It is in an upscale neighborhood near Garden City. Very safe and convenient to shopping, restaurants and all the onramps. I’m looking for 1 person not a family or a bunch of pets. I have a canary so no pets. Sorry. My bird comes 1st. No aquariums, other caged animals like lizards, hampsters or bunnies will be considered. Available April 29th. Landscaping and snow removal are done by the building management. There is plenty of off street parking. You can bring your kitchen items there is room and there is some storage and also an attached balcony off the living area with French doors that lead to it. All rooms will be cleaned out and sanitized by April 29th. The building is also safe. People have to buzz you to get in. This is a non smoking apartment. 🚭 Thank you.
