Diem's room

Private bedroom in a new built one-story house, locating in a peaceful community that blends the natural surroundings, including a beautifully manicured park complete with a fishing pond. Great and quite neighborhood, close to Lake Ray Hubbard, shopping centers, and restaurants (a 10-min drive to Costco, Kohls, 8-min drive to Fate downtown, 5-min to Brookshire). The bedroom is furnished with queen size bed and mattress. Bed sheets, pillows, blanket, side table, table lamp, floor lamp and portable fan are included in the bedroom. Study room is available if you want to work there. You are welcome to share the kitchen, dining room, living room, study room, back yard and laundry.

We are a couple, 35+ (wife and husband) and has two adorable cats. We are friendly, tidy, clean and respectful. We don’t drink and smoke. We are looking for roommates reliable, clean and responsible for cleaning up behind yourselves. We are willing to meet to know each other before signing the lease agreement. We have 3 bedrooms for renting, you will expect to live with total of 5 peoples in the house.
