The house is on a quiet street in Olivewood homes, I have had the same two renters for a very long time and one of them has to relocated, very sad to see him go! My home is a really pleasant home, no drama, lots of laughter. You’ll have a room of your own, share a BR with the other renter who keeps the bathroom immaculate. We have WIFI, Solar (so all of the AC you want!). There is a community pool that is heated and there is facilities there too - we love the play area and the splash pad. (My grandkids come to visit and thats where we go!). Another pool, rec room, corn hole, pickle board courts etc are due to open in September. I work weekends so the place is yours - i’m off mondays and tuesdays so i enjoy having the house those days. Housekeeper every 2 weeks. Extremely sane home. First month and $400 deposit on move in. We are both crazy easy to get along with. Sense of humor required.

1800 sq door home, $800 no utilities whole house privileges. I’m the owner female, RN. my roommate is Gerry, he’s 53 y/o Building engineer in Rancho. 2 dogs (one golden, on small black tasmanian devil who eats remote controls). Gerry grills meat—-frequently.
