The house is on a quiet street in Olivewood homes, I have had the same two renters for a very long time and one of them has to relocated, very sad to see him go! My home is a really pleasant home, no drama, lots of laughter. You’ll have a room of your own and bathroom. We have WIFI, Solar (so all of the AC you want! Reverse osmosis water system. . There are two pools, jacuzzi, firepits, splash pad, volleyball court, two playgrounds, walking trails and a community that sells cookies, sourdough, ethnic foods, coffee and cinnamon rolls for a small fee. I work weekends so the place is yours Housekeeper every 2 weeks. Extremely sane home. First month and $400 deposit on move in. I am crazy easy to get along with, my previous tenants stayed for 3 years without a complaint. Sense of humor required. I really really want to find a roomie that loves my dogs and will watch them when I go out of town or work alot, I do give a big rent discount when I have to travel.

No other roomies at the moment. I’m an RN in the Emergency Department, I work scattered hours. I also love to refurbish furniture so you’ll usually find me in the garage with a sander and paintbrush in hand. I have 2 dogs who are my kids – one is a Cream Golden Retreiver “Birdie” who is practically perfect, and we have a crazy rescue from the streets 2 years ago today who is pretty hilarious. I have a dry sense of humor, have 2 grown sons, 2 grandkids and wonderful friends.
