About you:

• Working full time
• Clean, respectful, and do not bring the party home.
• No drugs/ alcohol, Single-Occupant only, No Overnight Guest
• Clean up the kitchen after use. Do not leave dishes overnight.
• Maintain clean shared spaces with other tenants
• Pay rent on time, due by the 1st of each month

1. Working professional male in late-20’s,laid back, chill, has a dog that is friendly
2. Female graduate student at the NIH in late twenties, has a friendly dog, likes rock climbing and relaxing at home

Currently there are two young professional tenants who are very respectful and courteous of others. Both have friendly dogs but we are not accepting additional pets on the property. Ideal home for other working professionals, NIH professionals, or others working in Montgomery county. Very safe, quiet neighborhood.
