The property is an older house in the fondren area. Pretty nice, lived here for 2 years and have never had any problems. Locals are friendly and neighbors are quiet. You’ll have a decent sized room and closet, we share bathroom. Utilities and wifi included in rent price. We have a decent back yard with a fire pit for socials. Parking is a little limited though.
We are a 34 year old female and 25 year old male. We both work full time and tend to be social when we are home. Plays lots of board and card games for entertainment. There is a entertainment center in the living room open to everyone. Tv with internet capabilites. Plenty of streaming services and a shelf of movies to choose from for movie nights. Open and fairly carefree people’s. As long as you clean after yourself on a semi regular basis and aren’t doing any hard drugs We don’t care who you are or what you do. Having people over is fine and we encourage small getogthers if you’d like for an excuse to play more multi-player board games we don’t often get to play.
