About the room
I have the master bedroom available for rent in my home. Nice size room on the second floor of the home with decent closet, ceiling fan and a large window for plenty of natural light. Central air and heating. Keep in mind I do have two cats. Looking for someone professional and responsible for either month or month or yearly lease.
All utilities included. No additional pets allowed. Background and credit check as well as first and last months rent required.
About the roomies
The house is home to 3 musicians including myself so expect to hear music at reasonable hours. We’re all very respectful people and keep a tidy home and are generally to ourselves other than the occasional gathering or party.
