Available on Jan 5 and February 1, 2023 Long and short-term leases available. Long-term: $1000 per month (6 months and security deposit of 1500). Short-term: $1500 per month (2 month minimum paid upfront). This eay we can try it out. If you like to stay longer. We can switch it to longterm leases. The house is kept at 75 degrees at all times. All utilities and monthly maid service included. The rooms are furnished with queen size beds with walk in closets. All comes with adjustable ceiling fans, a desk, 2 set of chest of drawers, large Full-size closet, and night stand. Parking: 3 in the drive way but plenty of off street and on street parking.

There is just me and my cat and one other tenant. So you must like cat but we are a low key and quiet house.
