Looking for a roommate to lease out my spare bedroom in my 3 bd 2 bath home. It is furnished with a king size bed and a small night stand. Anything else you want will have to be provided by you. You can have your own bathroom, just across the hall. Utilities included in rent, you’re free to use the laundry room as needed. I don’t have WiFi but will be acquiring that. I have a 2 year old Doberman who can be quite needy and energetic, not great with kids (she jumps and plays rough sometimes), but very sweet and loves most people. I work day shift hours and most week days get home around 7pm. I cook and meal prep often, I am a power lifter, I do have a garage gym that you’re free to use if you’d like. I live in a pretty quiet gated community with lake access and a nice pool as well.

My name is Heather, I’m 32, it’s just my dog and I. I work day shift and do powerlifting outside of work. My off days are spent meal prepping or hanging out with my dog or maybe on the lake with my paddleboard. I don’t have people over much, I’m pretty clean, and keep to myself. I don’t smoke and drink occasionally.
