I live in a 55+ Community in Boca Raton. I have a new screened in porch with a nice view. Included in the rent is cable, wifi, parking, water, trash and electric. The amenities on the premises are, pickleball, tennis, a club house with a gym , card room, library and sauna. The bathroom is directly outside of the bedroom and can be strictly yours. The house is clean updated and bright. I have a 2 yr old Boston Terrier, who is house broken and very sweet. He is in the small side weighing 20 lbs. So I am looking for someone who loves dogs. Bills are included in the rent. Room is partially furnished .

I am the owner of the home an I am looking for a housemate. I am quiet, and positive about life . I wake up happy, so people who wake up grumpy need not apply. I go to the gym regularly and enjoy a healthy life style.
