Beaver Dam Run

The apartment is 1248sq so quite large for a two bed two bath. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool. There is a patio. There are granite counters and a disposal in the sink (one of my kitchen favs). There is a dishwasher, and an in unit wash and dryer. Part of the rent is a technology package which included internet and cable. There is a fitness center and a club house. It is in a great spot between Durham and Raleigh - closer to Durham.

FYI that rent is for the whole apt so will be divided between us.

I am a recent college grad moving from Cincinnati to Durham. I have lived in Cinci my whole life so this will be a big adventure for me! I will be working as a full-time nanny. I love to cook and am happy to share my food if you contribute to ingredient costs. I am pretty relaxed and quite a majority of the time. I love reading, swimming, and hanging out with my cat. Speaking of, potential roommates need to be fine living with a cat but not have a cat of their own because she does not do well with other cats. She will spend a majority of her time in my room when I am not home and you are. She will probably also avoid you for at least the first few months. If you do become buddies with her though you will get all the kitty love you could ever want!
