Iris's room

I currently have a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage, 2 story townhome, conveniently located near the intersection of HWY 45/130. It is 5 minutes from an H‑E‑B, 5 minutes from Stone Hill shopping center, 10 minutes from the Domain, and 20 from downtown. Pets are welcome but will require a $500 non refundable deposit. Furniture/pictures/pots, pans, etc can be left if need be or taken out….your choice, price stays the same. The house is currently fully furnished. Lease will be from the current date to February 1st. There is one master with bathroom, an office area, and 2 other bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the 2nd floor and a half bathroom, dining room, and kitchen and garage on the first floor. There is also a small back yard to relax in or relieve your fur babies. $1800 will be required at move in with a $200 deposit that will be refunded at the end of your stay.

Absolutely no parties will be tolerated. A strict HOA is set in place. No one will be living here.
