Hello I am renting out a room with own bathroom for use nice walk in closet in nice suite apartment AC, WiFi, own parking space and private bathroom.
About the roomies
I am a single father with two children that will consistently visit, I have one dog that will be inside and out at times and very friendly but a little on the wild side. I am cannabis friendly so no worries if you smoke, when children are not around of coarse. Utilities will be included and you will have access to free WiFi and kitchen space will be discussed. I like to cook dinner for all guests and roommates at times so dinners may also be provided at my expense. In house laundry will be provided on scheduled days, there is a pool, spa and gym that can be used at your convenience. Please contact me at 909-442-3467 if interested.
