One room for rent in the upstairs of the house, +a small private office space available for you. The room is the only one pictured, it used to be a baby’s room before we moved in. It is a little small but comes with the office space to compensate. I have lived in this room all year and worked from home, having an office separate from the room was super nice:) Bathroom is shared. Washer dryer in unit.

The room is not furnished but the house is, has a gas range, dishwasher, and newer appliances. If you can arrange for a small fridge for yourself that would be great as the 3 of us share one currently and its pretty small. Not a deal breaker.

Big yard! Comes with a big deck. House is very spacious, nice common area to use. Great neighborhood, lots of walking trails and places to eat right near the house. We are only 10 minutes from downtown. We share a driveway with 2 spots, first come first serve, but there is plenty of street parking, it is not a super busy neighborhood.

FYI, the pictures are from when we moved in last summer, so there are different furnishings in here now. The main difference is the common area seen, it now has a big sectional and TV, and a bigger dining table with chairs.

3 guys, age 23-26. One of us is a student and we all work full time jobs. We are a welcoming group and like to listen to music, BBQ, watch sports and hang out in the common room together. The property is owned by a family so you will not have to deal with property management people, the owners are very responsive and fix anything that needs fixing ASAP.

Looking for someone who is easy going, neat and somewhat near us in age. Owners will require a credit/background check before you can move in, and will need to meet you before you move in. They are really nice.

None of us are smokers, and this is a nonsmoking property. If you’re a smoker that is fine you’ll just have to walk up the street.
