Hello!

I currently have one room for rent in a home that I own. The home is a 2- story 3 bedroom/2 bath, with finished basement. Will update with room dimensions. You would mostly have the basement bathroom to yourself, although we keep everything as ‘shared’ aside from your room of course! The available room has a good size closet for South Minneapolis. We are located close to the Parkway and lakes- great for kayaking, walking, running, you name it. We love the neighborhood we’re in, walkable to restaurants/coffee shops/bakeries. Rent is $700 per month + utilities. Utilities vary from ~75-$160. Street parking available. Room is available December 14. Females only. Sorry, no pets. Prefer that you work out of the home.

Currently two Christian females live here (me and a roomie) who are in our late- 20’s. We are working professionals in healthcare and would like to find another female that might be a good fit. Would love to meet you over coffee!
