Spaulding Rehab Hospital is less than a 10 minute walk and the free MGB shuttle stop is less than 5 min walk and makes a stop at North station. MGH Institute of Health Professions is also a short 5 min walk. North station/TD garden and the North End are also just a beautiful walk away. There is a YMCA, 7/11 and dunkin donuts down the street as well as a few local cafes including my favorite - Tatte. Located across the street from the ocean, the apartment itself is a large 2 bedroom 1 bath unit with a large loft and open kitchen/living room area. Included is an in-unit free washer/dryer, central ac/heat, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Utilities are not included in the cost of rent, but they can be paid directly through the online bill portal and costs are reasonable. Internet is the only bill that is completely separate.

My name is Kelly, and I am a single 25 year old female. I moved to the city a few years ago from southern NH to start grad school. I am currently working as a registered nurse at Spaulding Rehab Hospital and am in the final year of my Nurse Practitioner program at MGH’s Institute here in Charlestown. I absolutely love living in Boston and exploring all the city has to offer. I currently live with one roommate, my good friend Lauren, her 13yr old mini rat terrier Lucy, and my own little kitty Cleo. Lauren and Lucy will be moving out at the end of August, so I am looking for someone to fill her place come September. I always feel awkward trying to describe myself on these websites, but I have been described as an enjoyable roommate to live with. I like to keep my space relatively clean and organized but am also a busy person who understands the need to balance cleaning with other life priorities. Due to my chaotic schedule, I spend most of my time either working or studying, but whenever I get the chance, I enjoy going out in the city or taking trips to the ocean or lake. My cat Cleo is timid at first, but she is super friendly and would love to have another human to cuddle and play fetch with. She is a 1yr old short-hair tabby and is comfortable with other animals. However, due to her hunter personality, I can not welcome any small pets she may view as treats. The apartment complex allows cats and medium sized dogs, both of which are welcomed/encouraged if they will get along with my cat too. Ideally looking for one person, September move in.
