Master bedroom, master bath,separate shower, jacuzzi tube walk in closet. King Size bed with new mattress, two dressers and flat screen TV. You will have full access to the kitchen, laundry room, down stairs restroom and office space if you work from home. There are two grills and one smoker in the back yard.. No smokers or partiers, drunken or heavy drinkers.

No other renters or persons in the house. My girlfriend stays with me 2 to 3 times per week. We are both friendly people. I have the extra space, so i would like to share it if any one is interested. Smiths, Sprouts, movie Theater and nail solan around the corner. The property is located in North Four Hills. P.S I’m 56 male.
