Private bedroom and bath for 1 tenant only in beautiful North San Bernardino in a quiet culde-sac near Cal State San Bernardino. Looking for a quiet respectful tenant. Bedroom is connected to the house but has separate entrance and does not lead into the main house which is great for privacy and you will receive a separate key for your room and bathroom. No kitchen or laundry access but we will provide a microwave and mini fridge for your convenience. Freshly painted and no smoking of any kind allowed due to sharing air vents in the home. Unfurnished and ready for move in. First months rent of $950.00 and security deposit of $950.00 is due (totaling $1,900.00) upon move in as well as a rental agreement contract will be obtained and signed for both parties. Rent will be paid same day monthly and late fees will be applied if not on time. Due to high demand we will be interviewing prospecting tenants and 2 recent pay stubs will need to be provided.
