The available bedroom is approximately 15x14 with a connecting (and private) bathroom. Very spacious closets, and so much room for activities!

Attached garage, you’ll never need to warm up the car or wipe snow off of it, or have it sweltering inside.

There are three floors… the basement is a small living room with the washer and dryer, and where the garage is attached. The main floor is the family room with a REAL fireplace, kitchen, dining room, half bath, and small outdoor deck ledge. The upstairs are our bedrooms, each with their own full bath, and large closets. There is also central air.

Also note, if we agree to be roommates I’ll then pass your information to the landlord. He will run the pertinent checks on you, and the lease is directly with him. He will require a security deposit. You sign the things, and poof, all set! The current lease term will be for four months, though if things go well, I’d be willing to do a year lease afterwards.

I am a 39/M professional nerd looking for a roommate. I work in Finance with a hybrid office schedule, and am a bit more on the introverted side. I love and have many board games, and prefer chilling at home than wild nights out.

I do have an older pet corgi who gets really annoyed with other animals, so I prefer no other pets… sorry. She is a cuddle monster though and will lay in your lap for as long as you let her.

The townhouse are mostly furnished by me, but your bedroom is not. However, I am flexible in moving things around if you come with lots of stuff!
