This is a deluxe furnished private room in a newly updated apartment. The room has its own ensuite bathroom. It comes furnished with a bed and dresser. The apartment has a washer and dryer and internet access. Free outdoor parking, easy access to shopping, highways and downtown Lexington.

The other 2 people living there are male students at UK, They are both responsible, good people, hardworking but also enjoy having a good time. We split the electric bill amongst one another we don’t bother each other just good people to have as roomies.
