Rachel's room

I have a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. Recently my roommate moved out unexpectedly and I am in need of a new roommate. We have wifi and all utilities in unit ie: washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, fridge. I have all furniture in the livingroom area. No dining room table. The only thing you’d have to furnish is your room.

I live here alone currently. I am very easy to get along with. I’m understanding and kind and very clean and neat. I do not, however, tolerate lying or late payments. As this was the reason my last roommate left. You must have a job and be able to pay the $200 deposit.
