Hello everyone! The bedroom for rent is our bedroom with a private bath, downstairs living room, and plenty of windows. There is access to the kitchen, living space for hanging out, and outdoor seating and BBQ. There are adjustable weights and bench press that you are free to use. We have a washer and dryer upstairs available for use and free parking in the community with plenty of street parking outside of the community. Utilities are included in the rent and will include everything from gas, electricity, water to internet. Any additional individuals living in the room will have to pay an additional $150 a month. We are located very close to LA mission college, next to beautiful hiking trails, parks, and schools. The neighborhood is primarily single-family housing and is really safe. I have two quiet, friendly, mid-size dogs that keep to themselves. Please note that there is a rental application with a credit check of 700 min and income check of 3x monthly rent. The minimum rental contract is 1 year. Thank you!

Hello everyone! My name is Yi. I am a 28 year old educational consultant. I work at home and enjoy my quiet walks in the morning and evenings with my dogs. I go to the gym on most mornings and enjoy cooking and gardening in the backyard. The ideal roommate is someone that is quiet, clean, and respectful.
