• Kitchen, living room, and dining room are furnished. The washer & dryer is located in the kitchen
• Backyard is large and contains a shed if you need to store stuff
• Has Central Air and Wi-Fi
• Located less than 5 mins away from Walmart, Target, Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, Kroger and other food options.
• Commute to downtown is less than 12 mins
• Open to the idea of a pet if your pet is compatible with my cat

• I’m a 31 year old male working professional that splits my time between working from home and going into the office.
• I’m mostly laidback, but I am a very clean person.
• I have a cat who is very sociable and friendly.
