We’re located in Oak Park, a working-class neighborhood located just outside of downtown. There is a grocery and drug store within 1 mile and a lightrail station within 2-3 blocks. The lightrail can get you to any part of Sacramento in 30 minutes or less. We are also located within 5-8 mins both major highways 5 and 80. The Arden area is close, with many major retail outlets and a large mall nearby. Our property has 2 private rooms (one taken) and a shared room where we have short term rental bookings as well. All bills are covered with a month to month lease!

THE STREET: We’re in a quiet neighborhood, occupied by families who have known each other for years. There is a park up the street, and a school in the neighborhood.

We are a co-living community with guests mostly ranging from workers, students, and people transitioning into the state or city. Culture is our secret sauce, and safety is our priority. We book out the other shared room to guests on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.
