Hey! I’m a single mom looking to rent out a room that’s actually never used. I’m regretting buying a 2 bedroom when my toddler twins refuse to sleep anywhere but in my bed. My boyfriend and I broke up leaving me with the full rent cost and I just can’t do it by myself. SO I’m looking to find a roommate. You’d have your own space as the bedroom is upstairs and my room is downstairs. You gotta like little tornado toddlers (or be able to handle it) cause I have 2. You’d have your own bathroom, door that opens upstairs and can use kitchen, living room, washer, dryer, etc. I can furnish the room if you pay for movers to do the heavy lifting. There no way I can carry a queen bed up 3 flights of stairs. But I do have all the stuff in my storage right now so that’s pretty simple. You can bring your pet if you pay the pet deposit and rent! I believe it’s $150 and $15 a month. We’d split internet 50/50 and other utilities 60/40. Im super friendly and like roommate situations where we’re friends and not just coexisting humans but whatever works. 🤷🏼‍♀️ If you have any more questions let me know!
