Hi, I’m Ugochi! I’m a 3rd year business major looking for a female roommate to share a master bedroom and bathroom in a house for a 12 month lease starting September 1, 2022.

• Large & Spacious Master Bedroom w/ bath that will be shared: Rent is $500 + utilities (~$60/month)

• Location: about a 8-15 minute drive from UCR depending on traffic, house is located in La Rivera gated community

• Parking: Large driveway & garage, also street parking near by

• Utilities: utilities & wifi will be spilt by those living in house and not included in monthly rent

• Washer, dryer, & fridge included

• Room will be unfurnished but comes with multiple closets

Some Info About Me: I have a pretty easy-going and chill personality and I love to go out and try new things. I also enjoy cooking and spending time with friends. I am easy to live with and am considerate and respectful of those I am living with. I also like to keep my space neat and clean so I am looking for a roommate that is similar. I would love to be good friends with my roommate, but I’m not gonna force anything if we realize that we don’t click like that, as long as we can live together peacefully and be respectful to one another then I’m cool.
