My sizable, high ceiling, 2100sq ft 4/2 condo is a corner unit in Vista Cay Resort on the first floor. The entrances to the property are gated and there are security guards on duty 24/7. Go to vistacayholidays.com to view the resort and all of its free amenities including a unique 2-mile jogging/bicycling track around the lake that’s just behind my building. Your room is the largest of the spare bedrooms and it can be provided furnished or unfurnished. You, of course, have full access to all of the unit’s common areas. There is an oversized washer and dryer in the laundry room and there is some extra storage space in the locked storage closet on the patio. I just had new floors put down. The unit is clean and nice. My unit is furnished. The pics posted here are my unit, just pulled off Zillow before I moved in. I have 2 teenaged/school-aged children who live with me every other week. They are well-behaved and they mind their own business. Your bathroom will be shared with my neat and respectful daughter when she’s here again, only every other week. (This is why I’m advertising for a female roommate.)

I’m a professional man who is easy going and non-confrontational. I keep a clean residence and I rarely, if ever, have company over. In my spare time I enjoy the beach, the resort’s pool, all the entertainment and restaurants near this resort, and spending time with my kids.
