Vine Street

The room is the master bedroom in the house with own closet and bathroom. You would share a kitchen, dining and living area with me and my two boys. We also have two cats. The house is very close to UTC and downtown, as well as convenient to North Shore, Brainerd and Hamilton Place Mall.

I’m a 40-year-old mom with two boys (age 10 and 2). We are looking for a very special woman to live with us and help pay bills as well as be part of our lives with childcare, meals, and cleaning, as well as anything social you want to join in. We will be staying in rooms upstairs and you would have the downstairs bedroom to yourself, except for bathtimes for the 2-year-old. Willing to consider a UTC student just for the academic year.
