Water is included! Two-story townhouse in a quiet neighborhood with a balcony and deck overlooking a lake. The place is well-located with a pharmacy, emergency care, and Trader Joe’s just right up the street and only 1 mile from the Galleria & 13 from downtown. The room is located on the bottom floor and has 2 closets. The unit also includes a new washer and dryer. The bathroom has been renovated to include a master sink and stand-up shower. The common areas are furnished, but you can decorate them as well. I don’t mind you having pets as long as they are small (25 lbs & under).
